Not a Styles member? No problem! What a perfect way to try us out and get fit for winter! Join our Styles 8 Week BUILD/SHRED Program starting September 11 to November 5 2023 and build muscle, improve lifting technique and knowledge, shed fat, feel confident and lean out for winter! This is suited for all ages and all fitness levels. The first 4 weeks is a low intensity, gym floor weight lifting only experience designed by our expert Personal Trainers to help you build lean muscle, mobility, learn great technique and build overall confidence on the gym floor! The second 4 weeks is lighter weights, higher reps, adding in cardio and increasing the workout intensity to shed fat and lean out. All Styles Welcome!

What you get:

  • 8 weeks of Styles membership full unlimited access to the club included with the purchase of this program. Includes access to our club app to book classes, access to all studios and classes, access to gym floor and recovery lounge, lockers and towel service.
  • 2x live 1 hour group personal training sessions per week on our gym floor. Choose an A day and a B day and we'll take care of the rest for you! All lifting and mobility work for all fitness levels and ages!
  • Exclusive app access to the workouts in case you miss a live session you are able to complete it still either here at Styles or while traveling.
  • Trained and guided by our expert Personal Trainers - Fred Hartville, Ty Coleman, Brad Jacob, Chris Casey, Hank Thomas. They will also provide you with guidance on how to incorporate your other cardio or mobility based workouts and rest days in between for maximum results.
  • 2x DEXA Scans - one at the start and one at the finish
  • Be a part of our BUILD/SHRED Community with our Styles TRAINING APP where you will access all workouts, and record your weights each workout.
  • Build muscle, confidence, learn correct technique for lifting and be motivated to show up for 8 weeks.
  • Limited to 60 people max with around 8-10 people per group.
  • Get RESULTS, feel good and make friends!

You will be committed to 2 x 60 minute sessions per week group sessions per week, but if you miss one we still provide you the workout, or you can adjust your schedule on the fly and hop into a different session that week as needed.
