This is an opportunity to get a personalized meal plan that kicks off with a DEXA scan for goal setting on fat loss and muscle gain. Meal plan comes with recipes, grocery shopping lists and more. Starts with a one-on-one meeting after your DEXA scan and then we work together for 6 weeks to hold you accountability for eating clean to drop the fat while you hit your workouts to protect and build the muscle. Ends with a DEXA scan to see progress.
If desired, we can define a set 3-4 class routine to follow using our studios and classes that suit you best and align with your goals based on your DEXA. Accountability check-ins and weigh ins along the way are included.
Option is also to add 6 personal training sessions to meet a trainer once per week and get an extra personalized workout! Add that option at checkout if you'd like to include it in your 6 week plan.
