HOT YOGA

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

FreeSol Hot Yoga will improve your flexibility and mobility while oxygenating blood to one hundred percent of your body, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well-being will automatically follow.

VINYASA FLOW

FreeSol Vinyasa Flow yoga will usually begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. These may include balances, inversions and peak poses. It may end with calmer, deeper stretches.

MEDITATION

FreeSol Meditation to calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day. Beginners to practicing meditators will benefit from this 15 minute class that consists of a beginning breath work and then progressing into guided mindfulness meditation.
