BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

STYLES STRETCH + MEDITATION

Styles Stretch + Meditation is 25 minutes of deep held stretching to improve flexibility and mobility. Followed by 10 minutes of meditation to calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day. 

HOT YOGA FLOW

This hot yoga class blends traditional Vinyasa Flow with Buti Yoga techniques to create the perfectly balanced practice of movement and stillness for the mind body and soul.
