Jill is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who is practiced in functional strength, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Jill is currently taking on new clients.
Jill is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and has been a group fitness instructor for 12 years in many different programs. She currently teaches Les Mills BodyJam and BodyCombat and is a Styles Studios Hustle Coach.
Amy's background includes 20 years of experience in Personal Training and Small Group Personal Training. Two times Ironman competitor along with multiple half ironman's along the way. She holds a BA in Exercise Science and recently obtained her US National Strength and Conditioning Coach certification (CSCS). USA Level One Weightlifting Coach. She is a killer programmer with an uncanny ability to shift people's level of fitness through her workouts. Co-owner of Styles Studios Fitness.
