1. BUY A PERSONAL TRAINING MEMBERSHIP AND SAVE OR GET A PACKAGE!

Choose your best option that works best for you and your goals. You can buy a package of sessions that expire in 12 months at full price or you can save money and sign up for a Personal Training Membership that bills every 30 days from start date and you have 1 month to use it with your trainer. You get your first DEXA scan FREE on the PT Membership, plus a discounted rate on both the sessions and your club membership if you are a member too. You do not have to be a club member to sign up for Personal Training at Styles. If you need help deciding please email us at Fred@stylesstudiosfitness.com to ask.
 

2. MEET AND MAKE A PLAN

This is a partnership. Meet your trainer for a consultation and make a plan. We suggest booking a DEXA scan before hand to give us personalized data and craft a plan to get your desired results faster. 

3. START TRAINING! 

Set your weekly schedule with your trainer and get after it! Make sure your weekly schedule includes both your Personal Training sessions and Styles classes if you join the club too to keep you moving all week long!

Jill Calvin

Jill is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who is practiced in functional strength, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.

Jill is currently taking on new clients.

 Jill is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and has been a group fitness instructor for 12 years in many different programs. She currently teaches Les Mills BodyJam and BodyCombat and is a Styles Studios Hustle Coach.

Emerson Klingel

Emerson is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and nutritionist. He has worked for years to transform his own body and found a passion to help others do the same. He believes that fitness is about more than just looking good, it's about feeling good too. He focuses on proper form and techniques during each training session to ensure his clients are preventing injury and getting the most out of each workout. Emerson has experience working with both virtual and in person clients as well as providing guided 4 week programs for clients to follow.

Fred Hartville

Fred is a highly skilled coach and Personal Trainer with a background in college athletics. He was a Division 1 NCAA and Big Ten champion gymnast at the University of Illinois and gymnastics coach in Champaign and Peoria Illinois. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fred coaches HUSTLE classes, SHRED group training programs, and periodically offers a 10 Week Strength and Conditioning summer program for gymnasts. Fred currently teaches Les Mills BODYATTACK and The Trip classes and is taking on new clients and groups for both youth and adults.

Brad Jacob

Brad Jacob is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.  After 16 years of working in an aluminum foundry, he decided to make a life change and focus on health and well-being. Brad has made his own personal fitness transformation and believes in helping you transform and maintain your physical and mental health too

Kaleb Campbell

Kaleb is a highly skilled coach and personal trainer with a background in a weightlifting, group classes, and functional training. He has several years of experience in creating workout plans for anyone at any fitness level.  Kaleb likes to spend time with his wife and son as well as compete in local CrossFit competitions in his spare time. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Kaleb has the ability to help you reach your goals through his knowledge and experience.
