Get individual attention with one on one time with our trainers.  For 60 min our trainers will work with individually with specialized workouts to get your desired results.

Peter Tangel

Hello beautiful humans! 
My name is Peter Tangel - proud Peorian, avid proponent for peace, love, & positivity, and fitness enthusiast. For as long as I can remember, fitness has played a major role in my life. My fitness journey began as a young lad participating in every sport I could convince my parents to sign me up for. As the years progressed, I transitioned from the mentee to the mentor through coaching. I was fortunate enough to coach at several swim clubs around Peoria as well as serve as the head swim coach for 6 years at a local club here in town. During this time as a swim coach, I discovered that my ultimate passion is helping others. This revelation led me to my teaching position at Peoria Notre Dame High School where I taught P.E. and mathematics as well as served as the strength and conditioning coach for the men and women’s soccer team as well as the cheerleading squad. My love for helping others and my love for fitness makes personal training the perfect mesh. As a trainer, I believe that fitness is about more than just exercise. It is a catalyst for positive change, and it affects every aspect of life. Guiding others in their metamorphosis into their best self is my driving force. I am grateful to be in this position at Styles Studios and I look forward to sharing this passion with all of you.

Stephanie Winter

I was born and raised in East Peoria, IL. I has been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. My background is in personal training, freestyle group classes, running races/thriathlons, and competing in bodybuilding and crossfit. In anything that I do, I like to focus on the outcome. It is easier said than done, but training your mind before training your body is the secret to overcoming any goal. Helping people better themselves and accomplish person goals truly makes me happy. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone's eyes light up after doing something they thought they could not do.
