1. NEW CLIENT ASSESSMENT FORM
Fill out our Personal Training assessment form to help us get to know your needs and best pair you with a trainer and a package that suits you best.
2. MEET AND MAKE A PLAN
This is a partnership. Meet your trainer for a consultation and make a plan. We suggest doing a DEXA scan to give us personalized data and craft a plan to get your desired results faster.
3. START TRAINING!
Set your weekly schedule with your trainer and get after it! Make sure your weekly schedule includes both your Personal Training sessions and Styles classes to keep you moving all week long!
STYLES PERSONAL TRAINERS
Jill Calvin
Jill is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who is practiced in functional strength, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
Jill is currently taking on new clients.
Jill is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and has been a group fitness instructor for 12 years in many different programs. She currently teaches Les Mills BodyJam and BodyCombat and is a Styles Studios Hustle Coach.

Ty Coleman
Ty is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer
and Virtual Coach with over 3 years experience training clients 1-on-1. Ty has trained at several gyms across the Peoria area but now trains in-person clients exclusively at Styles Studios Fitness. As a NASM CPT, Ty works with clients to transform their body composition to gain muscle, tone and shape, as well as improve cardiovascular health. He writes programs and offers nutrition coaching as well as small group training too.

Fred Hartville
Fred is a highly skilled coach and Personal Trainer with a background in college athletics. He was a Division 1 NCAA and Big Ten champion gymnast at the University of Illinois and gymnastics coach in Champaign and Peoria Illinois. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fred coaches HUSTLE classes, SHRED group training programs, and periodically offers a 10 Week Strength and Conditioning summer program for gymnasts. Fred currently teaches Les Mills BODYATTACK and The Trip classes and is taking on new clients and groups for both youth and adults.

Brad Jacob
Brad Jacob is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. After 16 years of working in an aluminum foundry, he decided to make a life change and focus on health and well-being. Brad has made his own personal fitness transformation and believes in helping you transform and maintain your physical and mental health too.
