Jill Calvin

Jill is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who is practiced in functional strength, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.

Jill is currently taking on new clients.

 Jill is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and has been a group fitness instructor for 12 years in many different programs. She currently teaches Les Mills BodyJam and BodyCombat and is a Styles Studios Hustle Coach.

Ryan Siegert

Ryan holds a degree in Personal Training and Nutrition from the National Institute of Personal Training in Orlando, FL. For over a decade, Ryan has worked with all abilities from age 9 to 95. He specializes in athletic and human performance, as well as strength and conditioning and nutrition. In 2017, Ryan helped a client lose 202 lbs in 1 year. He is also skilled in myofascial release stretching which he loves to do with his clients. He is also presently working towards a certification in Performance Enhancement. Ryan lives half-time in Wisconsin and half-time in Peoria each week. He will be training from Styles Thursdays to Sundays. In Wisconsin, he trains 40 athletes and 15 general population clients. We are lucky to have Ryan joining the Personal Training team at Styles!

Fred Hartville

Fred is a highly skilled coach and Personal Trainer with a background in college athletics. He was a Division 1 NCAA and Big Ten champion gymnast at the University of Illinois and gymnastics coach in Champaign and Peoria Illinois. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fred coaches HUSTLE classes, SHRED group training programs, and periodically offers a 10 Week Strength and Conditioning summer program for gymnasts. Fred currently teaches Les Mills BODYATTACK and The Trip classes and is taking on new clients and groups for both youth and adults.
