Kaleb is a highly skilled coach and personal trainer with a background in a weightlifting, group classes, and functional training. He has several years of experience in creating workout plans for anyone at any fitness level. Kaleb likes to spend time with his wife and son as well as compete in local CrossFit competitions in his spare time. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Kaleb has the ability to help you reach your goals through his knowledge and experience.

Matt Lijewski
Personal Trainer / Accountability and Nutrition Coach / HUSTLE Coach / Yoga Instructor
As an ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Matt integrates evidence-based strength training with an emphasis on movement efficiency, mobility, and breathing mechanics. His approach favors quality over volume, adaptability over rigid programming, and sustainability over short-term outcomes.
Built on an “Improvise, Adapt, Overcome” training ethic, Matt individualizes sessions to reinforce mechanical integrity, efficient force production, and long-term capacity.

Past titles include Natural Mr Illinois, Lightweight Class, Natural Pennsylvania Bodybuilding champion, Masters Natural Bodybuilding Winner , St Lous Gateway Classic. Inducted into The National Gym Association Natural Bodybuilding Hall of Fame 2019. Certified Judge with National Gym Association since 2006. Promoter of one of the largest Natural Drug Free Bodybuilding and Fitness Shows, The Heart of America Natural Classic for 15 years. Passionate in empowering all ages to look and feel their best thru proper training and nutrition with a positive, upbeat, passionate approach. Brad Jacob

Brad is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer. His own journey to health and wellness led him to find his passion for training others. He believes all of us struggle to maintain our physical and mental health, however exercise and building a good physical routine with consistency is the key to longevity and longer term success.
Brad is able to work with all types of clients and needs, but he is especially skilled at working with the aging population. He is punctual, consistent and knowledgable.

Brayton is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and fitness coach specializing in weight lifting, functional fitness and nutrition. with a background in multiple sports and over a decade of experience in the gym, he has spent years refining his knowledge of strength training, performance, and sustainable fitness habits. He is passionate about helping others fast track their progress by providing guidance in a highly personalized and tailored way to accommodate a variety of functional and aesthetic goals. He tailors his coaching to each client's unique starting point, focusing on gradual sustainable progress that builds confidence and long term success.
