He has several years of experience in creating workout plans for anyone at any fitness level.  Kaleb likes to spend time with his wife and son as well as compete in local CrossFit competitions in his spare time. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Kaleb has the ability to help you reach your goals through his knowledge and experience.

Deidra recently graduated from Dubuque University with a degree in Wellness and Exercise Science. She was a multi event athlete in track and field and continues to coach athletes at her former high school. She is passionate about building efficient and effective workouts for both functional fitness and strength training. She loves working with kids and young adults and teaching them about strength and conditioning. She also has experience working with adults looking to improve their strength and functional fitness. Deidra also coaches classes and is a ready to help you plan your goals and hit them.
