WHAT TO BRING
Most things we have at the club - towels, water, lockers, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, hair dryers and straighteners. But its up to you to bring your A-game.
If it’s your first time, aim to check-in with our friendly reception team 15 minutes prior to your workout. This gives us enough time to show you around, store your stuff, get you a water and a towel, and introduce you to your Studio Coach or Personal Trainer. Make this a priority so you have the best start to your first time!
Your member RFID bracelet controls the lockers for easy access and hassle free storage of your stuff while you train.
We’re all about giving all members a great workout each and every time, and that includes you. Late arrivals are welcome in all virtual classes, as well as in all live URBAN RITUAL classes. But please respect that late arrivals in live FREESOL, CHAIN and HUSTLE classes will not be permitted. This is for the safety of all participants, and to avoid disrupting the experience. If you've booked your spot and can't make it in time, simply cancel your booking on the app or in club.

Plus, we’ve thrown in a fully-loaded gym floor with best brand-new equipment, high-end locker rooms, a smoothie and coffee bar, and the latest in friction less member service technology. You can also add on the gold standard in body composition scans and tests in our Dexa Wellness office as well as sign up with our onsite Dr Sheena Joseph our resident functional nutrition expert to give you the ultimate fitness and wellness experience in town. Reserve your spot in your favourite classes, view the class schedule, see who's teaching, and track your workout results and nutrition all from your phone! Stay connected with what happening and even get workouts and challenges from us that you can do at home or when traveling. We aim to stick with you even when you’re on the move. This app will be your hub for all your fitness needs with accessibility whenever you need it.
