MONDAY | MONDAY MAYHEM
Upper Body: A 50-minute session of weight training with dynamic push and pull movements using the upper body muscle groups. This session will challenge the push in your chest and test the pull in your back. Couple this with spurts treadmill cardio at your level to blast calories and get strong quick.
FRIDAY | FLEX FRIDAY
Full Body: NO running! Just a spicy 50-minute full body workout. Big compound movements designed to utilize multiple muscle groups while maintaining muscle for a strong, lean body. Combined with mixed bodyweight intervals to spike your heart rate. Suited to all levels of fitness! Thats what makes HUSTLE great. Our Coaches will help you, teach you and show you correct technique and options if needed.
TUESDAY | LEGS OF LEGENDS
Legs & Glutes: Give your upper body a day off with this 50-minute explosive lower body session, hitting the largest muscle groups with variations of strength, power, speed and endurance. Expect heavy resistance mixed with core conditioning and treadmill intervals at intensities to suit all fitness levels.
WEDNESDAY | GUNS & GAINZ
Shoulders & Arms: Welcome to the gun show! 50-minutes of big supersets with active recovery woven between treadmill cardio at your level and boxing rounds on the aqua bag to put the pump in your shoulders, biceps and triceps.
SATURDAY | THROW DOWN
Full Body: A spicy 60-minute full body workout. Big compound movements designed to utilize multiple muscle groups while maintaining muscle for a strong, lean body combined with mixed cardio intervals at your level on the treadmills to spike your heart rate between sets. Come one day and rest the other, that’s what weekends are for.
SUNDAY | OWN IT
Full Body & Boxing: Own it is a 50-minute challenge based workout is designed to push you to the next level regardless of where you are at today. Expect any combination of AMRAPs, EMOMs, distance, reps + time challenges using any and all of the toys in the studio, boxing included. Its full body, mixed madness to cap off your week and earn your weekend.

Full Body: Throw Down is a 50-minute challenge based workout is designed to push you to the next level regardless of where you are at today. Expect any combination of AMRAPs, EMOMs, distance, reps + time challenges. Big compound movements designed to utilize multiple muscle groups while maintaining muscle for a strong, lean body combined with mixed cardio intervals at your level on the treadmills to spike your heart rate between sets.

Our sessions alternate between cardio training on a treadmill and strength training on the Rig. Our sessions are designed by Amy Styles a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a focus on a different muscle group each day to provide a balanced approach to your training week.
Expect an epic atmosphere with playlists and energy to drive the best out of you!
Head to your booked Rig space. Your HUSTLE Coach will tell you what equipment you need and when relevant. Your HUSTLE Coach will give you options of weight selection throughout the workout on bar work, Adjustable Jammers, JxSquats, landmines, dumbbells or kettlebells and occasionally aqua boxing bags.
Head to your booked treadmill. Runs are designed to hit all levels of fitness. You will be given three options for speed; beginners, intermediate, or advanced with the option to scale up or scale down depending on your own individual capabilities. You can expect your Run to incorporate jogs, runs, sprints, strength, tempo, endurance, hills, and even power walking as needed to include everyone. All Styles Welcome!
After you HUSTLE, the best preparation for your next workout is to cool down and recover well.
If you have to leave early, please try to book the rigs closet to the HUSTLE exit.
Don't forget, you can pre-order your recovery smoothie before class and it will be waiting for you to grab and go after.
